Eniom LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 1970
This Privacy Policy describes how Eniom LLC (“Eniom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Kids Daily mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”) and the related content we make available.
1. Who we are
Eniom LLC is the publisher of the Kids Daily app. You can reach us at any time using the contact details in the “Contact us” section at the end of this policy.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Kids Daily app. The App’s main experience is delivered through an in-app web view that loads content from https://kidsdaily.base44.app. When you use that part of the App, the website’s own cookies, local storage, and privacy practices may apply in addition to this policy. We encourage you to review that site’s privacy notice as well to understand how your information is handled there.
3. Information we may collect
We aim to keep data collection to what is necessary to operate the App. Depending on how you use it, the following categories may apply:
Account, subscription, and purchase support data
If you purchase an in-app subscription, Apple processes the payment through your App Store account. We use RevenueCat (the Purchases SDK) as our service provider to manage entitlements and verify subscription status. Through this process we may receive subscription status, transaction identifiers, and limited purchase-related identifiers needed to deliver and maintain your subscription. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Device and app data necessary to run the App
The App may use local storage on your device to remember basic settings and preferences (for example, whether you have enabled the optional biometric lock). The App also relies on standard operating system features to function (such as opening links and sharing content).
Support communications
If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and the contents of your message) so that we can respond.
Diagnostics and analytics
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs in the App. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and describe what is collected and why.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
- To manage in-app subscriptions, verify entitlements, and handle related purchase support.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- To protect the App and our users, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases, depending on the activity: performance of a contract (for example, to deliver subscription features you have purchased); our legitimate interests (for example, to keep the App secure and functioning); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where it is required.
7. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Subscription records are retained for as long as necessary to operate and support the subscription.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
Kids Daily is intended for families. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children’s use of the App. Where personal information is collected from children under applicable law, parents and guardians generally have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of that information, and to limit further collection or use. Parents who have questions or wish to exercise these rights can contact us using the details below.
10. International users and transfers
The App may be accessed from countries other than the one in which our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, email us at contact@eniomllc.com.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device. The optional Face ID / Touch ID lock can be enabled or disabled from within the App; biometric authentication is handled by your device’s operating system, and Eniom LLC does not receive biometric data from the OS for this feature.
12. Third-party links and embedded content
The App may include links to, or display content from, third-party websites and services (including the content loaded in the in-app web view). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means where appropriate.
